Where are my photos stored?
Photos and videos are kept in private cloud storage. Calendar and note data are stored in the Seoul region. Access is restricted to authorized users, and communication between the app and server is encrypted.
Can I switch devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account to continue viewing your calendars and photos. You can download photos to your device when needed.
How many people can share a calendar?
There is no member limit on any plan. Free users can create 1 shared calendar. Lite and Premium allow unlimited shared calendars within the storage allowance. You can join up to 10 calendars owned by other people.
Do you use my photos for other purposes?
No. Photos and notes are used only to provide the service, not for AI model training or advertising.
Delete your account
Account deletion removes your account and the calendars and content you own and cannot be undone. Entries, photos, videos, and comments you contributed to shared calendars owned by someone else may remain. Remove those contributions before deleting your account if you want them removed.
- Open Settings in Pogaem.
- Select Account.
- Follow the Delete account instructions.
