Entry reminders belong to the device, rather than the account
Even if your calendars appear after signing into the same account on a new phone, you need to recreate entry reminder schedules. The server does not remember a time and send these reminders; each device stores the days and time locally and notifies you itself.
This lets reminders work without a network, but local schedules may disappear after a phone change, reinstallation, or device reset. Calendar synchronization and transferring reminder schedules are separate processes.
How to enable reminders on the new device
Work from system permission inward to each calendar's settings to avoid missing a step. If the old phone is available, note its reminder days and times first.
Install Pogaem on the new phone and sign in to the same account.
Check synchronization until all your calendars appear.
Allow Pogaem notification permission on the new device through the notification screen in settings.
Enable the overall Entry Reminders switch.
Select and save days and times again for each calendar that needs reminders.
Prevent duplicate reminders from the old phone
If you keep using the old phone while signed into Pogaem, its local reminders may continue. After setting up the new device, turn off entry reminders on the old one or sign out if you no longer intend to use the account there.
If you want reminders on both phones, configure a schedule on each. Changing the time on one device does not change the other's local schedule.
Server pushes also need permission on the new device
Unlike entry reminders, shared-entry, comment, and announcement pushes use account notification preferences, but they still need system permission on the new device. Recreating reminder schedules will not make server pushes appear if device permission is blocked.
After allowing permission, review entry reminders, shared entries, comments, and announcements separately in Pogaem's notification screen. One switch does not stand in for all types.
What to note before changing phones
Capture each calendar's reminder screen or write down the days and times before the change to make restoring your routine easier. Widgets are also part of the home screen setup and need to be added again on the new device.

Frequently asked questions
Will signing into the same account restore my reminder times?
No. Entry reminders are local to each device, so you must choose each calendar's days and time again on the new phone.
Can I receive the same entry reminders on two phones?
Yes, but you need to configure system permission and reminder schedules on each device. Changing one does not change the other's local schedules.
Do comments and announcements need setup again on a new device?
Regardless of your account preferences, you must allow system notification permission on the new device. After login, also check Pogaem's comment, shared-entry, and announcement settings.
