Save combinations you repeatedly select
If you keep choosing the family calendar, your own entries, and videos, save that combination. Pogaem's saved searches reopen commonly used keywords and filters by name. You need not move entries or duplicate photos.
This differs from pinning a particular photo. It saves conditions, not the result list as it looked then. Added or deleted matching entries can change future results. Saved searches are currently available on the Free plan too.
Check results before naming and saving
If you paused while selecting filters, check the keyword before saving. An old word left behind may narrow results unexpectedly even with correct dates and calendars. Open actual results rather than relying on the saved name alone.
Tap Home's magnifying glass to open Entry Search.
Enter a keyword or select calendar, author, media, and date conditions.
Confirm the intended results, then tap the bookmark-shaped Save Current Search button at the top.
Enter a recognizable name and tap Save. A blank name cannot be saved.
Check the saved name below the search field. Swipe the list sideways if there are several.
Name the conditions rather than a vague topic
Names such as ‘Memories’ or ‘Important’ may hide the actual criteria later. Try ‘Family calendar · my videos’ or ‘Summer trip · July entries.’ These are name examples; select and save the actual conditions separately.
Calling a search ‘This month’ does not automatically advance fixed start and end dates next month. It reuses the chosen period. For a new month, change the dates, save a new search, and include the month or year in its name.
Tap a saved name to search the current state
Tapping a saved name applies its keyword and filters and reloads results. It does not preserve the photos originally displayed, so edits, deletions, and shared-calendar membership can change the results.
Changing the search field or filters after loading does not automatically overwrite the saved conditions. To keep another combination, use Save Current Search again with a new name. Retaining only scopes you actually reopen keeps the list readable.
Deleting a search leaves photos and entries intact
The delete button beside a saved name removes that named condition set. It does not delete calendars, entries, or photos. Use it to tidy the search list without confusing it with media deletion.
You can recreate an accidentally removed search by selecting the same conditions again. If you no longer remember them, exact recreation may be difficult, so inspect similarly named searches first. Keep needed conditions, then remove unused names.
Saved searches are neither backups nor new-entry alerts
Saving conditions does not download separate files. For an independent copy of an important personal calendar, use a file-producing method such as ZIP backup. A saved search cannot restore deleted entries.
It does not notify you when a new matching entry appears. Open search when you want to review the scope again. Writing reminders serve another purpose: use saved searches for rereading and calendar reminders for remembering when to write.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting a saved search delete its photos?
No. Only the saved conditions disappear. Original calendars, entries, and photos remain.
Does a search named ‘This month’ update dates automatically?
No. The name is only your label; dates remain the selected start and end. Change the period and save new conditions for another month.
Do changed filters automatically update the saved search?
No. Editing loaded keywords or filters does not overwrite the saved conditions. Save the desired combination again and delete unused names.
